Handmade Wool Bale Door Stop

A wool bale is what we use to put our wool in after it is shorn from the sheep. It is pressed into a rectangular shaped bag by a machine and weighs between 120kg and 204kg! We brand our best wool that is pure white and of high quality 'AAAM'. That identifies what is in the wool bale without opening it up!

Here the Handmade Wool Bale Door Stop is a wool bale that weighs 3kg so that it is light enough to move around but heavy enough to keep your door open! It is filled with rock pebbles so that the cheeky mice won't want to have a nibble and allow it to decay. The inside of the hessian fabric is laminated so that the contents won't leak through.
